The cashier was rude. The quality of the produce was terrible.

I always find great deals.

Friendly people work there. Could use a much better and faster reordering system so they wouldnt be out of stuff so much. Deli food is pretty great and fresh unless you go for the chicken out by the registers. That stuff is old and gross.

It is what is one busiest spots in little Kinston N.C.

It is a one stop shopping location, this why I love to shop here. Absolute time saver!

I'm old enough to decide if i need to wear a mask or not.

If i could put 0 stars I would. Been standing here at the paint counter waiting for somebody to mix a gallon of paint for the pass 20 minutes and they have paged the person twice now. Still nobody at the paint counter.

I was traveling out of town and found out this walmart has more then my walmart and the staff spoke as i enterd the stote

This is your typical Wal-Mart super center. They have everything from clothes to food to health and beauty items as all of the other things Wal-Mart super centers have. The toy department manager is very nice and helpful. If you need something stop by. I'm sure you will be able to find what you need. You can also order items on line, have them shipped to the store for pick up.

Need to have more cashiers to longer wait time i will not shop there any more

Its always so busy. I just rather a smaller business. Local stores

The store is clean and seems to be well managed. There were barely any regular check-out aisles open, but all the self-checkouts were open and functioning. I did have to wait for an associate for a date check (alcohol purchase), and since all registers were occupied, and at least three others were also having issues, I waited... but I perused a magazine while I waited, so NBD. Overall, I always enjoy my Walmart shopping trips

Everyone was really helpful and very very nice to me. The cashier had a smile on her face and rung up my items really quickly. The receipt lady was really nice and check the receipt and made sure all the items were there. I always seem to forget stuff and some people thinks checking the receipt is a hassle but I find it a blessing. Posting by the wifey

Store is quiete, business as usual, shelves are well stocked, Thank you...🤗

Dont understand why they have the registers at the garden department. No one is ever tending them, but there are always multiple free employees standing around up front🕵

I had order some things and made sure that they were to picked up not delivered. I went to pick up my order and everything was there except the diapers. I had to go pick up the diapers in the back and had to wait for the manger to ok it since it wasn't in the lockers. I thought this would be quick and easy but it wasn't.

Messed up pick up order, then was hung up on 6 six times when I tried to call the store to complain. We do a large pickup order once a month because I am immune compromised and try not to go into stores more than I have to. The items that were dropped off were milk which is the very first item on my list. I also ordered 3-40 count cases of water. When I placed my order the night before I verified both items were on the order before I paid for it. Other items were also dropped off none of the missing items were listed as unavailable. Finally reached store manager and was told the phone problem must have been new people not knowing how to transfer. The problem with that excuse, is that the first 5 calls had people just pick up the phone and then hang it up again right away.

Walmart is the supercenter that would have great deal of products that sometimes that we may not get from the small retailers stores. It's convenient an like that the doors open early morning the time that I'd get off work

Spent an hour finding my order. They were amazingly nice. Lots of good help around the store.

Never enough check out aisles open. Very long lines.

The pharmacy workers are very helpful in whatever way they can

So there was some kind of mistake was made and the birthday cake that I ordered wasn’t done,it’s like the order was never placed . You can imagine my panic the day of the party when I went to get the cake. The young lady that help me was fantastic she told me not to worry that she would have the cake ready in 20 minutes. She saved the day !!! Not only was the cake done on time but it was beautiful!!!Thank you J

Wish they enforced mask wearing like their signs state.

Have to wait in line to go in. Only one entrance which is a nuisance especially on hot days.

Great Walmart! Out of all that I've gone to in all my travels through the US this one is one of my top for Walmart. Everytime I'm in Kinston and I drop in I am always satisfied. The people are friendly and say hello and have a great day and smile at you. The store remains clean and everything organized and well labeled. Very pleased!

There was more product then my Walmart at home. The women's bathroom was nasty. My husband said the men's was clean.

The cooked chicken in the container very rare be fresh,I purchase some today n it was so hard it pull my niece teeth out she's 10 years old. This the 4th time it's been like that next time it's going back and on face book

Great stock and had what I wanted from the store.....

Never had any issues, so far so good. Recently 👍 👍 even with some what wait in line but not much compared to our shared epidemic

Went looking for a belly band but they didn't have any so I looked at maternity clothes instead. They don't have much when it comes to expectant mothers which was disappointing. However, I was able to pick up a cute maternity shirt and a regular skirt with an elastic band that will work just fine as my pregnancy progresses.

It's economical, quick in and out....it's a Walmart!

This Walmart was very clean the people that work there are very friendly and nice. Love going to this Walmart.

Kinston walmart is NOT my favorite. Idk who make orders, but come on. If its not broke dont fix it. They also seem to get something new rather its food or nonfood. And when it runs out thats it. Never see it again. Happens everytime. You could go to any other walmart around and therr it is. But i shudnt have to go to another town to shop at same store. They also suck on variety. I could go all day............65% of staff are nice and helpful!

This is a small supercenter in a small town. They do have a wide variety of items. Most employees are helpful. The grocery pick up is great! It is helpful to go during less busy times if possible. It would be nice to have more cashiers. Prices are competitive.

Did not like it I was offended by some of the people that work there and will not come back

I give props to the cashier's working through all this when folks are being absolutely horrible to them and they remain calm. Good job guys. Seriouslyyyyy.

A nice place to shop , everything u need

Do our weekly grocery shopping there. One concern is that one week they'll have an item next week might not. Not consistent in stocking. Also they're constantly moving items.They also have self-checkout lanes which are seldom open. In last 2 months they've only been open 1 time when we were there. Either open them or remove them!!! Usually only have just a couple regular lines open so have to endure a line.Come on Walmart in Kinston, NC get your act together.

Long line at the CS desk they need help.

Pretty safe. Carts wiped down. Workers wearing masks. Still low on things such as toilet paper. Over all I felt pretty safe.

With everything going on with COVID-19 Walmart closes earlier than usually and has installed these little stickers on the floor to indicate 6 feet (no one uses them really). Other than that and tissues and hand sanitizer being scarce not that much has changed and I would go back again.
